Nutrition is one of the six pillars of a healthy lifestyle. Phrases such as “You are what you eat” have made it into our culture, and for good reason. What we eat and how we approach nutrition are important aspects of forming healthy habits with regards to food. Knowing what we like, trying out new foods, and consuming foods in appropriate moderation are all great starting points for a lifetime of healthy nutrition. “Dear Food” is a letter to food to show the importance of appreciating all kinds of food, the process of cooking, and eating everything in moderation.
